Welcome to Flora Interior (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the interior design services provided by Flora Interior. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, or hiring Flora Interior, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Offered

Flora Interior provides professional interior design services including, but not limited to:

  • False Ceiling Design
  • Custom Furniture Design
  • Wardrobe Design
  • Space Planning
  • 2D Layout Planning
  • 3D Visualization
  • Interior Renovation
  • Turnkey Interior Solutions
  • Project Consultation

The scope of services will be clearly defined in the project quotation or agreement.

3. Consultation & Quotations

  • Initial consultations may be free or chargeable depending on the project.
  • Quotations are based on the information provided by the client.
  • Quotations are generally valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Any modification in project requirements may result in revised pricing.

4. Project Confirmation

A project is considered confirmed only after:

  • Acceptance of the quotation.
  • Payment of the agreed advance amount.
  • Approval of the project scope.
  • Signing of the service agreement (if applicable).

5. Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay according to the agreed payment schedule.

Typical payment stages may include:

  • Booking / Advance Payment
  • Design Approval Payment
  • Material Procurement Payment
  • Work Progress Payment
  • Final Balance Payment

Delayed payments may lead to suspension of work until outstanding dues are cleared.

6. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimated based on:

  • Site readiness
  • Timely client approvals
  • Material availability
  • Labor availability
  • Vendor schedules
  • External circumstances

Flora Interior will make every reasonable effort to complete the project on time but shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate project information.
  • Approve designs within the specified timeframe.
  • Make payments on time.
  • Provide uninterrupted site access.
  • Inform us of any changes before execution.
  • Cooperate throughout the project duration.

Failure to do so may affect project timelines and costs.

8. Design Approval

Once a design has been approved by the client:

  • Execution will proceed accordingly.
  • Major revisions requested after approval may incur additional charges.
  • Delay in approvals may extend the project completion date.

9. Changes in Scope

Any additional work requested after project commencement, including changes in layout, materials, finishes, or furniture, will be treated as a variation order and may involve additional costs and revised timelines.

10. Materials & Finishes

We strive to use high-quality materials sourced from trusted suppliers.

However:

  • Availability may vary.
  • Colors may slightly differ from samples.
  • Natural materials may have texture variations.
  • Manufacturer specifications are subject to change.

Such variations shall not be considered defects.

11. Third-Party Vendors

Some products or services may be supplied by third-party vendors.

While we coordinate with reliable vendors, Flora Interior shall not be responsible for delays, manufacturing defects, or warranty issues solely attributable to third-party suppliers.

12. Site Conditions

The client must ensure that the project site is safe and accessible.

Unexpected structural issues, electrical faults, plumbing defects, or civil work requirements discovered during execution may require additional work and charges.

13. Intellectual Property

All content created by Flora Interior, including:

  • Interior Concepts
  • Layout Plans
  • 2D Drawings
  • 3D Designs
  • Renderings
  • Mood Boards
  • Furniture Designs
  • Presentations

remains the intellectual property of Flora Interior until full payment has been received.

Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.

14. Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Flora Interior reserves the right to photograph completed projects and use them for:

  • Website Portfolio
  • Social Media
  • Marketing Materials
  • Advertisements
  • Brochures

Client privacy will always be respected.

15. Cancellation Policy

Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice.

In such cases:

  • Work completed shall be billed.
  • Purchased materials shall be chargeable.
  • Customized products cannot be returned.
  • Advance payments for completed work are generally non-refundable.

16. Warranty

Workmanship warranty, if applicable, shall be limited to the duration specified in the project agreement.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Water leakage
  • Moisture damage
  • Electrical failures not executed by us
  • Customer negligence
  • Natural disasters
  • Third-party modifications

17. Limitation of Liability

Flora Interior shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of profits
  • Emotional distress
  • Consequential damages

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the respective project.

18. Website Usage

Users agree not to:

  • Copy website content.
  • Use our designs without permission.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Upload malicious software.
  • Misuse contact forms.
  • Engage in fraudulent activities.

Violation may result in legal action.

19. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to external websites.

Flora Interior is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services offered by third-party websites.

20. Pricing Policy

All prices are subject to change without prior notice until the project is officially confirmed.

Applicable taxes, transportation charges, installation charges, or other statutory levies may apply where relevant.

21. Force Majeure

Flora Interior shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Fire
  • Pandemic
  • Government restrictions
  • Labor strikes
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Material shortages

22. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, project details, pricing, and documents shared during the course of the project.

23. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.

24. Changes to Terms

Flora Interior reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.
